A few more answers.
hello@rentbridge.auHow is my commission calculated?
Commission is a percentage of the landlord's net funded payment, after agent deductions and the RentBridge fee. A $20,000 payment at an agreed 1% rate earns $200. Your approved partner agreement confirms the rate and payment timing.
Do I keep my management fees?
Yes. We verify your management fee and any other deductions before calculating the rent available to purchase. During the agreed term, you retain those agreed deductions and remit the purchased net rent to RentBridge.
What do I need to verify?
We ask you to confirm the lease, ownership and management authority, rent ledger, fees, other deductions and payment directions. The landlord reviews the verified payout, fee and dates before accepting an offer.
Does the tenant need to pay differently?
The tenant continues paying their rent to the managing agent as usual. The agreed payment direction changes where the agent remits the purchased net rent. After the agreed term, new rent returns to the landlord, less the usual deductions.
What happens if rent is missed?
Contact RentBridge promptly. The signed agreement sets how arrears, vacancy and shortfalls are handled; the purchased period does not automatically extend. Referral commission remains subject to your partner agreement.
