Rent advances in New South Wales

RentBridge accepts applications for eligible residential investment properties in New South Wales. Turn some future rent into an upfront payment, less a clearly quoted fee.

Who can apply?

  • A professionally managed residential investment property.
  • A lease that can be verified with the property manager.
  • A tenant who is currently paying rent on time.
  • Ownership and identity that can be verified before an offer is finalised.

Individuals, joint owners, companies and family trusts can be assessed. SMSFs, short-stay, commercial and NDIS properties are not supported by the current application process. Eligibility is not a guarantee of approval.

What it costs

One fee for the term you choose. Your estimate shows the cash you could receive after our fee and agent deductions. The RentBridge fee is taken out once, before payment. Setup, collection and any applicable GST are included. No separate application fee.

A six-month estimate shows the fee for six months of purchased net rent; a twelve-month estimate shows the fee for twelve. Any fee percentage uses the net rent for that selected period, not an annualised rate. Changing the amount or term updates the quote. Your written offer confirms the fee and dates before you commit.

Online estimates cover payouts from $5,000 to $100,000, subject to term and pricing limits. If your figures need an individual assessment, contact us to review your options.

What happens to the rent?

Your agent keeps their fees and agreed deductions, then remits the purchased net rent to RentBridge during your selected term. You receive that net rent upfront, less our fee. New rental income after the term returns to you; shortfalls are addressed under the agreement.
